Swigstree Community: Launched in October 2022, Swigstree is a vibrant platform designed to support women employees through a range of events and peer-led initiatives. It facilitates professional and personal growth with activities such as peer-led sessions and community events. The MINT Mentorship Program, which is part of Swigstree, provides a structured mentoring journey to help women navigate career challenges, develop their skills, and advance their careers.
Primary Caregiver Program and Mom-entum Program: These programs are focused on supporting expectant and returning mothers. The Primary Caregiver Program offers tailored resources and support for primary caregivers transitioning back to work. The Mom-entum Program pairs new mothers with experienced Swiggy moms through a buddy system, providing guidance and support to ease their return to the workplace.
Gender-Neutral Parental Policy: Swiggy offers a gender-neutral childcare and parental policy that allows both primary and secondary caregivers to take leave. This policy includes a Maternity Return program to support mothers rejoining after maternity leave and various programs such as the Primary Caregiver Program and Mom-entum, which facilitate a smooth transition back to work for new parents.
