Uniform Global Experience
With Global Delivery centers across the US, LATAM, Europe, APAC, and India, Aspire strives to provide a uniform global experience to all employees, irrespective of their geographic location. We take exclusive efforts to sensitize our managers and team members on diversity and inclusion, ensuring that our core beliefs resonate across the organization. Centralizing Communications is another key diversity strategy that ensures our brand identity is consistent across locations. This also provides the opportunity to work with Aspirians from other locations and to know other cultures and perspectives.
Post Maternity Retention Rate
Mothers are offered up to six months’ extended non-paid leave besides six months of maternity leave. 80% of women peers choose to resume work at Aspire post their maternity break, which is a testament to our inclusive work environment. We have special training programs to get them up to speed after the break.
Prioritizing Women’s Safety
To intensify the safety of our women peers commuting at odd hours, we have taken several measures and conduct workshops related to safety at work, home, travel as well as self-defense.
Training Future Women Leaders
To have more women in leadership roles, Aspire has initiated ALeap, a training program for high-caliber women Aspirians, through which women are mentored by seniors to equip them for senior roles.
Awareness Sessions for Expectant Mothers
We invite industry experts/doctors to conduct prenatal sessions for our pregnant women employees. It creates awareness about best practices during pregnancy, helps manage stress, provides a recommended diet and lifestyle. The practice continued even in 2020, despite unforeseen changes
Flexible workplace
Women work today amidst several constraints and Aspire understands the need for the workplace to be supportive of these demands for women to sustain themselves in their careers. Considering this need, we provide part-time opportunities to women with personal constraints.
Leadership Training for Women Employees
We proactively encourage the advancement of women in our workplace. To empower and equip them, we find external training programs conducted by industry veterans for our women peers to participate in.
Tulips Golden Aviator Award
Every year, our all-women association celebrates Women’s Day by felicitating women achievers from various fields and honors them with the Golden Aviator Award.
Celebrating Womanhood
We take a lot of pride in celebrating our women employees at Aspire. From organizing training programs that equip them with the required skills to move to leadership roles, to conducting workshops on health, nutrition, physical fitness, self-defense, and yoga sessions, we leave no stones unturned to ensure that they are taken care of in all aspects.
