- Industrial Safety Services: Establishing robust connectivity channels with remote production assets and environmental parameters to improve safety of operations and reduce risks and exposure

There are several initiatives undertaken at the organization-wide level to facilitate support for women employees.
N.O.W Talking Geo-Connects
This initiative hosts exclusive connects for geo/locations that are run by dedicated D&I champions from the geo/location.
N.O.W Learning
This initiative facilitates sessions that are aimed at increasing awareness on upcoming trends in Infra, enhancing well-being, awareness around POSH, gender sensitization, and workplace conduct. Microland has conducted sessions on varied topics of interest such as:
o Automation, Financial planning, Work-life integration, Nutrition and wellness, Voice out! POSH and workplace harassment awareness and Image Management etc.
N.O.W Mentorship
This is an exclusive mentorship program for high potential women in mid-careers. It was specifically created for women to hone their leadership skills to enable them to take on larger roles. This Mentorship Program was launched last year in the Delivery organization – for women in mid-careers with mid to high potential. The following was facilitated:
o Access to Delivery Leaders as Mentors.
o Intentional Career pathing modules: Sessions by our vendor partner AVTAR on building professional skills and career intentionality for the participants.
N.O.W Passport
N.O.W Passport is an exclusive live chat with Microland Leadership team members and other persons of influence. This is to encourage the women of Microland to be inspired by leaders and facilitate professional growth.
What to expect in the coming months?
As Diversity and Inclusion is a key priority that we’re looking to drive across Microland this year, we will be focusing on the following in the coming months:
· Under the over-arching theme of driving contemporarization of our culture at Microland, we would be docussing on the following D&I priorities –
o Gender diversity – ensuring equal opportunities for people across genders
o PwD - providing a platform for persons with disability to get the required support to work and grow at Microland
o Generational diversity - where our Gen Z and millennials meet the Gen X
