In India in GCC, we operate our business & technology vertical. We operate under the name of GCC – Global Capability Center and it hosts capabilities in operations, analytics (Growth Analytics Center) and technology. We have had an exponential growth, in the last three years, as we expanded our business, increased our capabilities, and grew stronger with 1800+ colleagues. Currently we are collaborating with 7 zones (NAZ, EUROPE, AFRICA, Global headquarters, APAC, SAS, MAS) and 50+ countries. The average age of our team is 32 years. Our talent attraction strategy includes domain, technology, and analytics subject matter experts. We recruit campus hires from top business schools and engineering colleges of India such as Indian School of Business (ISB), Indian Institute of Management (IIM), Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) and other specialized institutes.
Although the GCC industry is mature in India, within three years GCC has paved the way through incorporating transformation, analytics, and automation in operations. Attesting to our business results, we received an award for ‘Excellence in International Business Services’ from Shared Services Forum (SSF).
