"Pragathi" Program aims at hiring women graduates from grassroot segment. SGGSC strictly follows pay equity. Mums to Be Program helps women in and returning from maternity to be abreast with organizational changes to ensure easy integration. Maternity leave can be availed for Twenty-six calendar weeks.
Aligned with Mums to be program, is the sensitization of managers who have women availing or returning from maternity leave. HERRISING for Women Starters is GSC'S Own Returnship Program While this program was gender agnostic and aimed to provide a launching pad to returnees of all functional field, Diversity Ratio in UDAAN was 57%.
