This roadmap outlines initiatives, ownership, collaborators, and timelines, with various councils driving the agenda.
Diversity Audits: TechM tracks metrics such as diversity ratios, promotion rates, pay equity, representation in leadership, and resignations post-maternity. These audits provide visibility into diversity progress, helping identify areas for improvement beyond the three-year roadmap.
Change Mindset: Diversity training at TechM addresses barriers such as cultural roadblocks, unconscious bias, and microaggressions. Inclusivity training aims to dismantle zero-sum biases that deter men from participating in gender-inclusive initiatives.
Upholding Dignity: TechM is committed to ensuring that all employees, potential hires, third-party support staff, and suppliers are free from unlawful discrimination. The organization has a zero-tolerance policy for harassment based on gender identities and sexual preferences, providing a safety net for the LGBTQ+ community and multiple channels for reporting grievances.
