The organization offers a host of policies for women from the time they join. Surrogacy leave equates surrogacy to maternity leave practices. All new mothers receive 26 weeks of paid leave, irrespective of role or designation. Adoption Leave policy permits all female employees/single parents to take a 12-week Adoption Leave.
