The organization also reassessed its child care policy, and shifted from offering a near-site day care facility to an integrated child care facility, which covers 7000 plus creches across India as per the employee's convenience. Last year, the organization introduced Lean In circle for women employees; these circles are safe places for women to share and learn from each other.
