Publicis Sapient has implemented three powerful initiatives to drive women's leadership, foster inclusive problem-solving, and support career restarts after sabbaticals. First, is the RISE program, which empowers women and underrepresented genders by providing them with valuable resources, opportunities, and connections to executive leaders who can offer sponsorship.
Second, the HOWathon, a flagship event, brings a shift in mindset by emphasizing problem-solving approaches. Every team is led by a woman technologist, challenging biases, fueling ambition, and showcasing the exceptional skills of female talent to our global leadership team. Additionally, the Spring program, plays a crucial role in facilitating the seamless reintegration of women returning from career breaks. To ensure a sense of security and belonging, PS actively hires returnees for full-time positions, creating an inclusive environment. By empowering women, fostering inclusive problem-solving, and supporting career restarts, PS creates a more equitable workplace unlocking the full potential of the talent.
Publicis Sapient India’s DEI journey, which began in 2015, reflects a deep commitment to creating a truly inclusive workplace where individuals can bring their authentic selves to work. Through impactful initiatives such as SPRING, RISE, and the Rainbow Internship Program, Publicis Sapient has actively advanced gender equity and LGBTQIA+ inclusion.
