Their ZERO pay gap, gender-neutral/inclusive policies, visible leadership commitment, mitigation of biases, ‘listening’ exercises and consistent focus on flexibility, work-life balance, and mental health continue to be key highlights They have launched an India Women ERG for 800+ women and as part of a flagship mentoring program for women colleagues, 120+ mentees were mentored by ~96 senior mentors.
Additionally, 160+ leaders were trained on Inclusive leadership. Key focus areas include understanding and mitigating bias, psychological safety, micro-inequities, belonging, allyship, equality-equity-privilege, and gender pronouns.
