Cairn has made significant progress in fostering an inclusive and empowering work environment for women through its flagship program, Together We Excel. Under the Empowering Women Employees subcluster, Cairn has implemented various policies to support women’s career enablement.
Key policies for new and expecting mothers include medical benefits with additional claims up to INR 50,000, a flexible work-from-home policy for four weeks post-maternity, and part-time working options for eight weeks. New mothers can also take a sabbatical of up to one year after maternity leave. Support for new parents includes reimbursement for crèche facilities up to INR 12,000 per child.
Cairn also offers cab services for women leaving the office after 7:30 PM and specially run buses for safe travel. These initiatives have been widely utilized, enabling women to achieve a better work-life balance while prioritizing family needs, further reinforcing Cairn's commitment to the safety and well-being of its female employees.
