Lintas has announced to be 50:50 by 2025. In the last 2 years, they have moved the needle to 2% to be 39:61. Their strategy is based on DEI M.A.P: Measure - What gets measured gets done. The People and Organization Analytics dashboard has a diversity and inclusion lens across the employee lifecycle. This is shared with the leadership team.
Awareness-Moving beyond the metrics. The Conscious Inclusion Play shop- That Little Voice covers all employees to be conscious of implicit biases that exist in the organization.
LimitLines@Lintas, is a gender, generational and thought inclusion workshop to provide a deeper understanding of being inclusive. Women Leadership Program- Women of the Future provides an equitable workplace and builds a new narrative of Leadership. Participation in Women CXO Program, shows commitment to nurture talent at the leadership level.
